What shipping method do you use?

The orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS/DHL Ground service.

Do you ship outside of the contiguous 48 States?

We ship only to the contiguous 48 states of USA. We also started limited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Hawaii and Alaska customers, please send us an email at orders@efoof.com and check with us the shipping availability and charges before placing your order.

Currently, We do not ship to Canada and International.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, FedEx do not deliver to these addresses so we do not ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses. We ship only to physical addresses.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All our products are custom made and usually ship out within 8-14 business days by the manufacturer. The shipping can be delayed to additional 1-2 weeks due to fabrics running out of stock at the plant, bulk order or adding embroidery to your order.

Items in your order may be fulfilled and shipped from different locations and may arrive at different times.

Can you ship my order via Air or expedited shipping?

No, unfortunately due to the large size of our products, they ship only via ground service.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send you an e-mail notifying that your order has been shipped, along with the shipment tracking number. Please note that we will notify you only via e-mail.
