Return and Refund Policy
What is your return or exchange policy
If the product is defective (manufacturing defect) upon arrival, you must contact us within one week of delivery. We will arrange the shipping carrier pickup for replacement or return (if replacement is not available) of the item for free.
If you want to return an item for any other reason than it being defective, this will also include carrier attempted delivery failures and subsequent pick up failure by the customer from carrier facility, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to your order refund. You will have to arrange and pay the shipping cost to ship the item back to the warehouse. In the case of exchange, you will pay for shipping of the replacement item. We will not honor the free shipping for any exchanged item.
All return or exchange items must be re-packaged in the same package they arrived and they must be in original and unused condition. We will not accept the items that are not in original and unused condition.
How do I return/exchange an item?
You must send us an email to customerservice@efoof.com regarding your return/exchange of the order. You must include your order number in the email.
We will provide you return instruction. Once the returned item is received at the warehouse, either we will exchange (if defective) the item or will issue a credit as per our return policy.
When will I get my account credited for the refund?
Your account will be credited for the returned item as per the return policy, once the warehouse receives the returned item.
